Adjustment of fuel-related surcharges

As of 2026-06-01, we will revert to monthly adjustments of our Fuel Adjustment/Currency Adjustment. The corresponding change will also be applied to Emergency Fuel & BAF surcharge. This means that updates will be made monthly instead of weekly.
The adjustment applies as from Monday, 2026-06-01 and concerns bookings/ transports shipped on and from the same date.
The reason for this change is that we no longer see the same fluctuations in fuel prices, although the levels remain high. We assess that this change will contribute to a simplified administration for our customers.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued development in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market. We are closely monitoring developments and continuously observing the current situation.
